Pastor Dayquan D. Stewart has accumulated extensive nonprofit leadership experience, advancing from volunteer roles to senior executive positions with dedication and passion. Since 2016, he has actively engaged various ministries, successfully bridging the gap between younger and older generations and fostering a sense of community within his congregation. In 2021, he embraced the role of youth pastor, mentoring young individuals and guiding them through their spiritual journeys and life's challenges. By 2024, he ascended to the position of senior pastor, inspiring and leading his community with compassion and wisdom. His journey began as a volunteer which laid the foundation for his career in nonprofit leadership. Hard work earned him a promotion to Program Assistant, where he gained valuable program management and administrative experience. He has also served as a Youth Development Specialist at the Boys and Girls Club, Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and a Youth Advocate at YAP Inc., helping juveniles reenter society. These roles honed his skills in building relationships and fostering community involvement. As he transitioned to Program Director, Pastor Stewart managed, budgets, and evaluations, ensuring programs effectively met community needs. His commitment led him to the position of Assistant Executive Director, where he shaped organizational strategy, oversaw fundraising efforts, met various donors, and engaged in grant writing. Today, utilizes his extensive nonprofit and ministry experience to empower organizations in building capacity and creating a lasting impact in their communities. His unwavering dedication to service and leadership continues to inspire those around him, making a significant difference in the lives of many.
